World Migratory Bird Day - 2018
Please plan on meeting with us on May 12th
between 1 and 3pm at the lobby of the BEN
HUNT ROOM located in the lower level of the
Library at 5885 South 116th street.
Our Committee Chairperson, Delene Handson will lead bird watchers through the trails behind the Hunt Log cabin. Weather permitting. Last year It was a terrific warm sunny day for a walk in the woods.

Once again we will entertain children and even the adults by trying their hand at constructing natural bird feeders from pinecones coated with peanut butter, rolled in a mixture of various different seeds and nuts.
Printed information will be made available to those wishing to learn about how to make their yards attractive to migrating birds.
